Maryville University Event Attendance Report 

As outlined in the SaintsStrong Events, Meetings & Gatherings Safety Guidelines, all event organizers are required to submit an attendance record for each in-person event hosted this year.

The attendance list and/or guest log must be submitted within 24 business hours of the conclusion of the event.  Attendees' and Guests' contact information will be utilized by the Maryville contact tracing team and appropriate health department officials if needed as part of the contact tracing efforts.

Attendance List

The attendance list (generated from GetInvolvedMU) must include the following information for each attendee:
  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
Guest Log

The guest log must include the following information for each attendee:
  • First and Last Name
  • Email Address
  • Phone Number (Required for Guests)
  • Guest Of Name (The name of the Maryville student, staff, or faculty member that is hosting the guest.)
