Duplicate Diploma & Diploma Cover

Duplicate diplomas and diploma covers may be ordered at any time. The cost is $40 per duplicate diploma and $20 per diploma cover. Payment must be received in full before your order can be processed.

Duplicate diploma orders are processed and submitted for printing on a regular basis. Please allow up to 4-6 weeks for printing and delivery.

Orders that include a duplicate diploma will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Diploma cover-only orders are mailed without tracking. Please verify that your shipping address is correct before submitting your request.

Note: If you received your degree prior to 6/1/1991, your diploma will be issued by Maryville University with an additional statement that reads "Originally conferred when the University was named Maryville College."
